A teacher and a restaurateur are among a group of local legends who have been recognised for their efforts in the New Plymouth community.
Owner of Catch and Co fish and chip shop and Bach on Breakwater, Rahul Radhakrishnan was among a group of eight who were celebrated at the 2021 New Plymouth District Council Citizens’ Awards, held in the council chamber on Wednesday night.
